Mike works hard to handle communications with our customers and is 2007 - International Certified, Hydraulic Brakes certified, I6 Engine certified, He also has receive his certifications in International Drive Train, Performance PM, Air Brakes, V6 Engine, Performance AC andVehicle Electrical / Electronics.
Mike enjoys time with his family and he is committed to helping our customers perform their jobs. As repair work is finished at Zacherl Motors, Mike is the man to talk to.

Luckily for Zacherl's, Dan did not like to weld all day at his former job way back in November of 2001 and came to us for a job in the service department. A third generation heavy duty truck technician, Dan takes his job very seriously and he truly cares about his fellow employees, his company and most importantly, Dan cares about his customers and their needs. He is Master ASE, Diamond Certified 2006 through current, and has certifications in Hydraulic Brakes, I6 Engines,Drive Train, Performance PM, V8 Engine, Air Brakes, V6 Engine, Performance AC, Electrical / Electronics, MaxxForce engine 7/11/13/15 and is Cummins and Caterpillar engine certified. To put it simply... Dan is a great technician who accepted the role of Foreman on our day shift so that he could share his knowledge and experience with the rest of the service team.

James is our night Service Foreman and he has been with Zacherl Motors since September of 2008. Starting with us as a service technician, James is IH Master Certified which includes full training in HVAC, Foundation, Performance PM, Suspension and Steering, Electrical / Electronics, Brakes , Drive Train, MaxxForce 7/11/13/15 Certified.
James will be your main contact for all evening service work here at Zacherl Motors and since we are here until midnight on weekdays, he spends lots of his time taking care of customers and getting them back to work.
James enjoys spending time with his family and friends... so much that he throws a giant pig roast for friends, family and co workers every summer.
Kurt Harriger

Kurt joined the Zacherl Motors Service team in October of 2012 and is a veteran technician for us. He is IH Master Certified which includes full training in HVAC, Foundation, Performance PM, Suspension and Steering, Electrical / Electronics, Brakes ,and Drive Train.
Kurt has taken control of his career path and committed to furthering his knowledge every day. He is MaxxForce 7/11/13 Certified. He also has full trained for our International CV class 4-5 truck and is ready to go to work for our customers who drive any sized International or All Makes trucks.
Kurt is well known in the Zacherl Service Department for his infectious laugh and his great attitude.
Just don't call him "Hettigan"!

Nick joined the Zacherl Motors family in November of 2019 after attending technical school. He's the youngest of our "Young Guns" crew and he's working hard to better himself and the Zacherl team by training onsite and online.

Mark has been a dedicated team member since 2010. Call him for help with any size radiator, oil cooler, heater core... Whatever you may need! If it's a repair or a replacement, Mark can help you make the best decision for your situation. Mark also is our Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) specialist as he handles all of our FSX air knifing and thermal cleaning for DPFs. He also can find you replacement DPFs if necessary. Jerry joined the Zacherl Motors team in 2010 and is your point of contact for International, Eaton, Meritor and many other warranty challenges.
Jerry works hard to ensure that our customers get warranty coverage for every warrantable failure when their trucks are in the warranty period or when they may need parts and service.
Jerry is a big Pittsburgh sports fan and is always smiling when the Penguins, Steelers or Pirates win.

Lenny is a long time family member here at Zacherl Motors and don't let the gruff exterior fool you... He has a vast knowledge of trucks as a former truck driver and he is probably the biggest jokester that we have in our entire dealership. Leonard is ASE Certified and is one of our longest tenured parts personnel as he has been here working with us since October 1994. He also is our champion in online sales and he works with all customers who place their orders with us via the web. If you click "PARTS" and find the "order parts online" link, you can join those customers who save time and money by using the web based catalog and ordering system. Boomer is one of the best counter parts salesmen in the business and he has been taking care of our customers since March 1994. He has a vast knowledge of all makes of trucks and is a true product expert who cares about your uptime and helps you to keep your trucks rolling. Many times, it's Boomer who is the first person that you will talk to when you phone our Parts department. Always one of the first to learn new things, he's a great asset to us and to our partners.

Bullet works the parts counter at night in our second shift and has really learned a lot in his 20+ years with the Zacherl Motors family. He cares deeply about taking care of customers and if you call the parts department after 6 pm, it's probably Ray who will be working with you. A man of many nicknames, Beetle has been with us since May 1998.

Tim joined the Zacherl team in June 2006 and he now is our main service department liason for parts procurement for jobs in our shop. Tim is not only ASE Certified, but he is the best in the country. Don't take our word for it... just ask ASE! Tim is a two time winner of the Navistar ASE Parts Specialist of the Year award.
"Chockles", as he has been known as since high school, loves to tinker with older cars and has a vast knowledge of many things outside of the truck parts world. You never know what Tim may be into, but rest assured that finding the right parts for your truck when you are having work done here at Zacherl's is his main focus.

Our parts manager Randy (also known as "Dink") has been a solid and steady member of our parts department since March of 1992. Steve has been with us since 1981... That's a long time! His love of trucks started long before that as Steve used to ride with customers in their coal trucks back in the 1970's. He started with our dealership in the parts department and has now been in New and Pre Owned Truck sales for over 20 years. Honest and hardworking, Steve simply understands what you need and he knows trucks. He is one of, if not THE, most knowlegeable people in the tri-state area when it comes to municipal trucks and how to spec them correctly for the job that customers need a truck to do. Zack joined the Zacherl Sales team in 2019 and is always willing to help when it comes to moving trucks around, delivering new and used trucks and just about anything asked of him. He has 4 boys at home who keep him very busy, so when he comes to work he takes off his referee shirt and goes to work cleaning and detailing our customers' trucks. Zack's father Jerry is our warranty administrator, so while with the Zacherl family, Zack also gets to see his dad every day, usually while having lunch in our break area.

Rose Marie's parents started our company in 1940 and she was part of the second generation of owners. Her warm personality and her positive attitude keeps us all going strong here at the dealership. Rose Marie still comes to work every day because she just loves being here and helping the team to succeed. She is the reason that we always remember that ALL of our employees are FAMILY!

Chris is one of the owners of the company and if we told you how long she has worked here at Zacherl Motors, she would fire us! Chris is a dog lover and she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and with her husband. You can find her gardening, riding around in the Gator and enjoying life in the woods when she isn't here taking care of customers and employees.

Mike joined the Zacherl Motors team back in 1996 and since then he has accepted just about any role that he has been given. He handles parts receiving and returns, he works on core inventory, he reconciles purchase orders and he keeps the paperwork straight for parts and service. Mike has a large family and he takes great pride in taking care of all of his children, while enjoying sports and travel. A great cook and a great gardener, he enjoys spending time at home and he also coaches baseball, softball, football and basketball while away from work.
